Keep Your Garage’s Tidy with Helpful Garage Storage Ideas
When it comes to my garage and cleanliness, the two used to be worlds apart. On the outside, my oversized shed looked nice. However, on the inside it was a totally different story. It looked like a bomb had gone off some time ago, with equipment, tools and accessories all over the place. I could never find what I was looking for in a timely fashion, instead I was sifting through what seemed to be piles of junk. Finally, at the request of my wife, I started the task of organizing and cleaning this storage area.
Going to the local home improvement store, I found that there were numerous garage storage items on the market to not only organize, but help spruce up my work area. There we cabinets for storage, workbenches, tool chests, wall units, and various shelving to choose from to help store all of my valuables. It was much like decorating a room in your house. I had to choose the right size, look and proper function of each item, install them, and then of course fill them with the proper equipment and tools.
My garage went through a complete transformation. From rag-tag and dangerous, to organized and open, it is a far cry of its former self. I am more then happy with the outcome, and now I’m looking forward to my next handyman project.
